THE GREEN HEART OF THE LOGISTICS MARKET OF THE WEST BUDAPEST AGGLOMERATION
At Stage I of Limitless Park, a total of 15,000 m2 of commercial / industrial / logistics buildings will be realized in the form of a warehouse / office / showroom / assembly-workshop.
At Stage II of Limitless Park II. a further 50,000 m2 of useful building complex will be constructed, which is currently in the planning stage, will be connected to Stage I.
We consider the real estate development the green-ESG aspects to be the paramount importance in the implementation of Limitless Park:
- we will install solar panels on the roofs of the buildings and on the semi-covered parts of the car parks to make the park as independent of wired energy as possible. The energy needed to charge electric cars is also generated by solar panels.
- heating / cooling was designed for the heat pump solution as energy plans were prepared. Piped gas is also available in the front of the plots, but this will not be required to operate the buildings.
- facades of the buildings what is connected with the garden (which is not glass), we have designed plant islands and a green roof on the top of the office, both of which help to create a more pleasant climate and thermal insulation inside the building.
- rainwater is recycled for sprinkling as stormwater storage is needed anyway. We would solve the toilet flush from a drilled well, we would treat the wastewater locally in an ecological way, as we are not preparing for the generation of industrial wastewater, and we do not want polluting activities in the park.
- the park will have a fire water network, the necessary capacity is available.
