Before the end of 2023, Limitless Park Kft. agreed with CRBC on the financing of the Limitless Park development.
CRBC is a subsidiary of CCCC, which is the 60th largest company in the world according to the Fortune 500 (Global) list. They carry out investment and construction activities in more than 150 countries, their Central-Eastern European headquarters is located in Belgrade, where they are building the largest industrial park in Serbia (Pupin Park) on more than 300 hectares.
In phase I of Limitless Park, we are planning to build 3-4 more halls between 1500-3000m2 on a BTS basis, which could be ideal for a company headquarter, because the whole building can have an independent image.
SU rental fees:
- warehouse: 6.9 EUR/m2
- office: 12.9 EUR/m2
Planned handover 2024 Q4, minimum lease period: 5+5 years.
Limitless Park II. We are planning to build 3 halls of 20,000 m2 (even on a BTS basis), which can be ideal for classic logistics activities, assembly, light industrial production, etc. for him too.
